Beauty is a particular matter. I pursue the thrill of it in less obvious, preferably unjustified places and items. When combining these discoveries in my dress and styling I pay little attention to trends and expectations. Hereby I never settle for less than -my view of- flawlessness. Every occasion could be an event and therefore an opportunity to dress up, whether it is a walk in the park, a meeting or, of course, a party. I look at these moments as a license to explore the boundaries of kitsch and class, visionary and vintage, silly and streetwise.
All of this sometimes results in a rather peculiar appearancence, that seems to attract peoples attention.
This blog is a tribute to the precious things around me, people who asked me to pose in front of their camera, who gave me a compliment, or who simply informed about an element of my appearance.
